What do I need to bring?

• Two towels, one for use in the sauna and one for drying of afterwards.

• A bottle to drink from.

What do I wear?

• Wear whatever you’re comfortable with, from swimsuit to birthday suit.

What are the sauna particulars?

• Bring two towels one for sitting on

• We are an outside sauna so be prepared for UK weather

• Minimum booking cost of two bathers. (Join our Whatapp group if looking for others)

• Shower before cold plunging

• Limit water on stones to provided amount (to protect the stove)

• Be lovely and enjoy the view!

• If wanting to book a sauna on the same day you’ll have to call me to see if I can fit you in

Where do I park?

• Anywhere but Spillmans Road, it is a very narrow road.

What is the accessibility?

• The sauna is located within a large garden, with an elevation of approximately 20 metres. There is a series of stairs to access the sauna and may not be suitable for everyone. If in doubt, please contact us.

How do I pay?

• Bank transfer at time of booking.

Are there toilet facilities?

• Yes.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

• Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the booking.

What’s the minimum age requirement?

• You must be 18 to use the sauna or cold plunge.
