Stroud Sauna is available for private hire and will give you exclusive access to the sauna and cold plunge for 1 hour.

Available 7 days a week.

Maximum capacity for the sauna is 8 people.

Communal Sessions

£12 per person

Book your spot in the sauna, with as many cold plunges as you like.

Sessions available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Maximum capacity per session is 8 people.

Weekly Community Sessions

£9 per person

Weekly Community Sauna Sessions are held every Wednesday 6PM to 7PM.

Maximum capacity per session is 8 people.
