A sauna and cold plunge available for community sessions or private hire, designed and built with love from fresh local cedar. Try something different to unwind after work with our Happy hour session, every weekday from 6PM till 7PM.
Private Hire
£60 per booking
Stroud Sauna is available for private hire and will give you exclusive access to the sauna and cold plunge for 1 hour.
Available 7 days a week.
Maximum capacity for the sauna is 10 people.
Communal Sessions
£12 per person
Book your spot in the sauna, with as many cold plunges as you like.
Sessions available all week.
Maximum capacity per session is 8 people.
After Work Happy Hour
£9 per person
After Work Happy Hour Sessions are held every weekday 6PM to 7PM.
Maximum capacity per session is 8 people.
